Want to train with 3-4 of your friends?
Well now you can! We offer small group services where 3-4 people with like minded goals are able to train together. Thus creating a more social excitement when training, but also giving the client more accountability for there health and fitness outside of the sessions. Each client will be guided through there sessions as per usual but won't have the trainers full attention, these sessions are recommended to individuals who have prior fitness experience and are looking for guidance and extra knowledge.
